This paper analyzes the features and the working process of a PDC cutter and defines two working angles of the PDC cutter-back rake angle and side rake angle. The calculation models for the two angles are developed. 分析了PDC钻头切削齿结构特点及工作过程,定义了切削齿的侧倾角和前倾角两个工作角,并建立了这两个角的计算模式。
